- Il est formellement interdit de détruire les créations des autres membres. Tout grief volontaire sera puni en fonction de sa gravité.
Tout les griefs a l'encontre des projets SGM ou des projets communs en RP et créative sera puni d'un ban

- Ne pas voler dans les coffres des autres, bien qu'une protection des coffres soit mise en place. Il est interdit de prendre ce qu'il y a dans les coffres des autres membres sans leur consentement. Interdiction de se servir dans les coffres des maisons, même si elles semble abandonnées par leur propriétaire. Les maisons abandonnées font le plus souvent parti d'un paysage ou d'une ville. Si la maison appartient a un joueur banni définitivement, et est gênante pour l'évolution d'une ville, une destruction de la maison pourra être effectuée par le staff.

-  L'amabilité est l'une des choses les plus importante pour garder une bonne entente et une bonne ambiance sur le serveur de ce fait il est interdit d'insulter les autres joueurs ou d'avoir une quelconque agressivité. Les peines encourues seront en fonction de la gravité et de l'atteinte aux personnes.

- Le harcèlement ne sera pas toléré ainsi que les propos xénophobes, pornographiques ou tout autre propos interdit par les lois.

- Le flood du canal à l'aide de majuscules, d'insultes, de phrases d'un caractère ou toute autre forme de flood sera sanctionné par un kick de l'individu. Si récidive, les modérateurs pourront muter, mettre en prison ou bannir temporairement selon la gravité.

- Toute forme de construction dénigrant la religion, la politique, la femme, l'homme, l'enfant, pouvant choquer des jeunes personnes ou porter atteinte à certaines personnes de manière significative, ainsi que tout ce qui est interdit par la loi, sera sévèrement puni. Par exemple, une croix gammée ou une construction de forme phallique seront sanctionnées.

- Abattre les arbres en entier : Lorsque vous commencez à abattre un arbre vous serez dans l'obligation de finir de le couper dans son entièreté pour ne pas se retrouver avec des arbres volant, hideux et irréaliste ! Si un arbre vous parez trop grand et compliqué à couper alors passez votre chemin, vous voulez quand même l'abattre, allez-y, mais jusqu'au bout ! Les forêts volantes seront gravement punies.

-  Les tours de terre (ou autres) dans la nature : Il est agréable de voir au loin, souvent la meilleure solution et de faire une tour de terre pour monter en hauteur et avoir plus de recul. Nous ne vous en empêcherons pas, cependant, si vous les faites, détruisez cette tour en descendant ! Ces colonnes de terre qui se multiplient dans la nature sont un cauchemar pour les yeux des autres joueurs, respectez-les et détruisez vos colonnes de terre après utilisation. Les délimitations de propriété peuvent aussi se faire à l'aide de ce moyen. Merci d'éviter ceci et de plutôt mettre des panneaux ou une tour à chaque coin de votre propriété.

- La pub pour tout autre serveur, TS, IRC autre que ceux du serveur est interdite. Chaque joueur est libre de jouer sur plusieurs serveurs cependant il lui est interdit d'en faire la publicité.

- L'utilisation de logiciels : Toute tentative d'utilisation de logiciels permettant d'obtenir un quelconque avantage sur Minecraft (détection de cubes rares,  flyhack, speedhack, etc,,,)  est totalement interdite. Les sanctions les plus lourdes seront appliquées à leur utilisateur.

- Les déco/reco intempestives : Les déco/reco sont tolérées tant qu'il n'y a pas flood du canal. Merci de tout fois les éviter.

- Le partage de compte : Nous vous rappelons qu'il est interdit de partager son compte avec d'autres personnes. En effet, plusieurs personnes ayant été bannies nous jurent qu'ils n'ont rien fait et que ce sont d'autres qui ont grieffé avec leur compte. Et pourtant, nous ne pouvons les accepter de nouveau dans notre communauté, aussi douloureux que cela puisse nous être, juste parce que nous ne pourrons jamais savoir qui se cache derrière le compte de la personne que l'on a validée !
S'il vous plaît, ne partagez pas votre compte avec tout le monde, sans quoi nous serions obligés de vous bannir en cas de problème avec la personne à qui vous l'avez prêté.

-  L'inscription : Notre serveur est libre d'accès à toutes les personnes, mais pour des raisons de sécurité nous avons implanté des statuts. Lors de votre première connexion vous aurez le statut Visiteur, c'est-à-dire que vous ne pourrez rien faire mis à part marcher, parler et vous présenter pour devenir Builder. Ce statut vous donne le droit de faire ce que vous désirez temps que vous n'enfreignez pas le règlement.
Si vous acceptez ces règles et que vous voulez toujours rejoindre notre communauté, nous vous donnons rendez-vous dans la section présentation du forum et faites-y votre présentation en respectant scrupuleusement le modèle de présentation et n'oubliez pas d'indiquer clairement à la fin de votre présentation que vous acceptez les règles sans quoi vous serez refusé.
Votre présentation doit être correcte, tout doit y être : Images, couleurs et phrase de validation ! S'il manque un ou plusieurs éléments, un modérateur vous demandera une première fois de le corriger, dans le cas où votre présentation serait refusée une seconde fois, votre candidature sera définitivement refusée. Soyez donc rigoureux et lisez attentivement les règles !
Dans le cas où votre présentation n'est pas traité au bout de :
3 jours minimum, vous êtes autorisé à faire remonter votre sujet en y répondant tout simplement.
1 semaine voir plus, vous êtes autorisé à envoyer un mail au staff. Nous traiterons votre demande en priorité.
Tout harcèlement de modérateur en jeu, sur Teamspeak, par Email ou sur le forum pour la validation de présentations est strictement interdite et sévèrement sanctionnée.
Il est aussi interdit de venir en aide aux autres joueurs faisant leur présentation ainsi que de poster des messages dans ces même présentations.
Le modèle de candidature n'est pas la pour rien!

- Le multi-compte est interdit. Tous multi-compte entraînera le bannissement de tous les comptes impliqués. ( A cette occasion, nous rappelons qu'un compte est personnel et qu'il est interdit d'utiliser un compte qui n'est pas le sien.)

- Il est interdit d’utiliser un pseudonyme contraire aux mœurs


- Si vous faites quelque chose non-autorisé peu grave, vous recevrez un avertissement dans le chat.

- Au bout d’un certain nombre d’avertissement ou si vous faites quelque chose non-autorisé de plus grave, vous serez kické. (Cela signifie que vous serez éjecté du serveur mais que vous pourrez vous reconnecter aussitôt.)

- Si après avoir été kické vous persistez, ou si vous faites quelque chose de vraiment grave, vous serez banni temporairement. (Cela signifie que vous serez éjecté du serveur et que vous ne pourrez plus vous reconnecter avant le temps décidé par les modérateurs/admins.

- Si après avoir été banni temporairement, vous continuez,ou si vous faites quelque chose de trop grave, vous serez banni définitivement (Cela signifie que vous serez éjecté du serveur et vous ne pourrez plus jamais vous y reconnecter.) Dans ce cas, vous pourrez aller plaider votre cause sur le forum.




                                                                               


“Comment gagner de l’argent ?”

Pour gagner de l’argent, vous devez vendre vos ressources aux joueurs,mais aussi un système de métiers est en place sur le serveur.Chaque fois que vous exercerez votre métier celui ci gagnera en XP mais vous fera gagnez de l'argent.Vous pouvez aussi vendre aux joueurs ce que votre métiers vous rapporte.Pour cela vous devrez ouvrir un magasin à vous qui sera exclusivement réservez à votre métier.


“Comment acheter une maison ?”

Il existe plusieurs façon de devenir propriétaire sur le serveur, la première est d'acheter directement le terrain indiqué par un panneau disponible dessus.Le serveur utilise le plugin "Plotshop",ce qui vous donnera automatiquement le terrain qui sera déjà protéger sous Worldguard.La deuxième façon est d'acheter directement le terrain ou la maison que vous voulez au maire de la ville ou il ou elle se situe.Et la troisième façon est d'acheter directement la maison à son propriétaire si celle ci est en vente.Les 3 villes ou les terrains et maisons sont en vente : Cimmeria , Cubecity , et Blancherive.

“Comment devenir Admin/Modo ?”

En aucun cas vous ne pourrez devenir admin du serveur , mais devenir modérateur reste possible. Pour cela vous devrez attendre une élection qui se fait automatiquement dès qu'un des modérateurs du serveur n'est plus actif ou pas assez présent sur le serveur. Suite à cela une élection se fera sur le forum du serveur après dépôt de vos candidatures.Pour pouvoir postulez au titre de modérateur vous devrez obligatoirement avoir au minimum 4 mois de présence sur le serveur.

-The flood of the channel by means of capital letters, by means of insults, by means of sentences of a character or any other form of flood will be sanctioned by a kick of the individual. If second offense, the moderators can mutate, put in prison or banish temporarily according to the gravity.

-Any form of construction denigrating the religion, the politics, the woman, the man, the child, being able to shock young people or strike a blow at certain people significantly, as well as all which is forbidden by the law, will be severely punished. For example, a swastika or a construction of phallic form will be sanctioned.

- The advertising for quite different waiter(server), TS, IRC other than those of the waiter(server) is forbidden. Every player is free to play on several servers however it is forbidden to him(her) to make the advertising(publicity).

- The use of software: any attempt of use of software allowing to obtain any advantage on Minecraft (detection of rare cubes, flyhack, speedhack, etc.,) is totally forbidden. The heaviest penalties will be applied to their user.

- Decoration / recognition inconvenient: decoration / recognition are tolerated as long as he(it) flood there of the channel(canal). Thank you for quite time avoid them.

- The division(sharing) of account: we remind you that it is forbidden to share its account with other people. Indeed, several people having been banished swear us that they made nothing and that they are others who(which) have grieffé with the account. Please, do not share your account with everybody, otherwise we would be obliged to banish you in case of problem with the person to whom you lent him(it).

- The registration(inscription): our waiter(server) is free of access to all the people, but for safety reasons we implanted statuses(statutes). During your first connection you will have the status Visitor, that is you can make nothing set apart to walk(work), to speak and to present you to become Builder. This status gives the right to you to make for what you wish time(weather) when you do not break the regulation(payment).
If you accept these rules(rulers) and if you always want to join our community, we make an appointment with you in the section presentation(display) of the forum and make it your presentation(display) by respecting scrupulously the model of presentation(display) and do not forget to indicate clearly to the end of your presentation(display) that you accept rules(rulers) otherwise you will be refused.
Your presentation(display) must be correct, everything has to be there: images, colors and sentence of validation! If one or several elements are missing, a moderator will ask you first time to correct him(it), in case your presentation(display) would be refused second time, your application(candidacy) will definitively be refused. Be thus rigorous and read attentively rules(rulers)!
In case your presentation(display) is not handled(treated) at the end of:
3 days minimum, you are authorized to make go back up(raise) your subject by answering it simply.
1 week to see more, you are authorized to send an e-mail to the staff. We shall handle your demand(request) first and foremost.
Any harassment of moderator in game(set,play), on Teamspeak, by Email or on the forum for the validation of presentations(displays) is strictly forbidden and severely sanctioned.

He(It) is also forbidden to help the other players making their presentation(display) as well as post messages in the same presentations(displays).
The model of application(candidacy) is for nothing!

- The multi-account is forbidden. All multi-account will pull(entail) the banishment of all the implied(involved) accounts. (On this occasion, we call back(remind) that an account is personal and that it is forbidden to use an account which is not his.)

- It is forbidden to use a pen name against the customs

- If you make something non-authorized little grave, you will receive a warning in the cat(chat).

- At the end of a number of warning or if you make something non-authorized of graver, you will be kické. (It means that you will be ejected by the waiter(server) but that you can reconnect immediately.)

- If having been kické you persist, or if you make something really grave, you will be temporarily banished. (It means that you will be ejected by the waiter(server) and that you cannot reconnect any more before time decided by the moderators / admins.

- If having temporarily been banished, you continue, or if you make something too grave, you will be definitively banished (it means that you will be ejected by the waiter(server) and you can never reconnect there.) in this case, you can go to plead your cause on the forum.



" How earn money? "

To earn money, you have to sell your resources to the players, but also a system of jobs(businesses) is ready(in position) on the waiter(server). Every time you will exercise your job(business) that this will win in XP but will make for you earn money. You can also sell to the players what you jobs(businesses) bring back to(report) you. For it you will have to open a store to you which will be exclusively reserve for your job(business).

" How buy a house? "

There is several way of becoming an owner on the waiter(server), the first one(night) is to buy directly the ground indicated by an available panel(sign) above. The waiter(server) uses the plugin " Plotshop ", what will give you automatically the ground which will already be to protect under Worldguard. The second way is to buy directly the ground or the house which you want to the mayor of the city either he(it) or it is situated. And the third way is to buy directly the house to his(her) owner if that this is for sale. 3 cities or grounds and houses are for sale: Cimmeria, Cubecity, and Blancherive.

" How become Admin / Modo? "

On no account you can become admin of the waiter(server), but become moderating possible rest. For it you will have to wait for an election which is automatically made as soon as one of the moderators of the waiter(server) is not active or not rather present any more on the waiter(server). Further to it an election will be made on the forum of the waiter(server) after deposit(warehouse) of your applications(candidacies). To be able to postulate(apply) in conformance with(for) moderator you will necessarily have to have at least 4 months of presence on the waiter(server).
